Use Vite+ for the managed Node runtime and pinned pnpm. A Cloudflare account is needed for deployment only.

pnpm run devThe development command runs the web app on port 3071, the REST/MCP API on 8787,
and the background Worker on 8788. They share persisted local D1. To run one app,
use pnpm -C apps/web dev, pnpm -C apps/api dev, or
pnpm -C apps/background dev.
Open http://localhost:3071/sign-in. Seeding creates these credential accounts:

The sign-in form also offers magic links and six-digit emailed codes. Both
expire after ten minutes. Codes allow three failed attempts. Without an email
provider, local delivery appears in the dev server's email.dispatched log.
